About the role
Emerald Teaching is recruiting an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support a school in Manchester.
We are looking for a confident and reliable TA who can provide effective classroom support, work with pupils individually and in small groups, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The Role
* Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Helping pupils with their learning and development
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
* Assisting with classroom preparation and resources
* Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Requirements
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience working within a UK school
* Good communication and classroom management skills
* A positive, proactive and reliable approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check
* Relevant safeguarding training
